Youth Wrestling Program for ages 6 and up
Wrestling develops hand speed, footwork, balance and coordination.  Skills needed in all sports.
Season starts February 25th and runs through May 30th

Wrestling develops hand speed, footwork, balance and coordination.  Skills needed in all sports.
•Learn the basic fundamentals of folkstyle and freestyle wrestling taught by the Newbury Park HS coaching staff.
•Wrestlers are matched by age and within 5-7 pounds of their own weight.
•Tournaments are held on Saturdays in Ventura County and participation is voluntary.
•All wrestlers are required to have a USA Wrestling Card
•$150 fee includes coaches fees, T-shirt, shorts
Practices are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
5pm to 7pm in the NPHS wrestling room next to the gym
